What it does
Every car and booking on one page. The planner puts cars on bookings as they come in, follows the rules you set, and lists the drives between desks.
Customers check in on their phone before they come, or on a kiosk, an iPad at the desk. They add their details and licence photos, sign the agreement and pay. A kiosk also serves pickups after hours.
Pickup and return with odometer and fuel, damage marked with photos, extra charges, deposits and payments, and a signed agreement.
Price lists, rate periods and rates per car type and length of hire, a price list per channel, offers and coupons, and VAT worked out line by line.
Waivers and insurer policies with the excess per kind of damage, declines recorded and signed, and the deposit that follows.
Damage marked on a drawing of the car, SUV or van, repair jobs per car, and the days a car is off the road taken out of what you sell.
Each channel sells from its own price list. Contracts with commission or net rates, monthly settlements, and an API with webhooks for booking sites. Affiliate links track the bookings a website sends you.
Revenue, bookings and fleet use by any period, set against the period before, and exported to Excel, CSV or PDF.

Every screen comes in both. Each person picks their own, and the customer gets the agreement in theirs.

A setup box takes a new rental through locations, car types, cars, rates and a channel. After each step, a card offers the next one.
